For this Bodyweight Workout of The Week I want you to watch a TV show. It can be anything, for me personally I am going to watch Expedition Impossible this coming Thursday. During the commercial breaks of whatever show you watch this week instead of just sitting through the commercials I want you to do 15 burpees, then15 push ups, and then 15 tuck jumps. Keep repeating all three of these until your show is back on. Then sit down and watch it until the next commercial break. Once a new commercial break comes on, repeat the exercises. Who ever said you cant get fit while watching TV? Have fun with it!
