The Tornado Ball Is One Powerful Tool To Build Your Core Muscles!
I cam across the Tornado Ball by its creator Paul Chek. Paul Chek is the founder of the Chek Institute. The Chek Institute specializes in holistic health and produces some of the most advanced practitioners around today. He is one highly intelligent, super advanced athlete, and health practitioner. I have learned a lot from his work and even though he is a bit “out there” at times, he delivers on everything he does. Back to the Tornado Ball. The Tornado Ball resembles a mid evil era mase. A medicine ball on one end, and a sailing rope that goes through the ball so you can use it for various swinging motions. If this is the first time you have heard of the Tornado Ball, you should check the video below out to see this thing in action before I get into more of the details. One thing is for sure, you have to bring the intensity when using the Tornado Ball in order for it to work as it was designed to.

[Don't worry about the guys ego, just look at the Tornado Ball in action]
As you can see if you use the Tornado Ball with high intensity and engage your entire core, you will be getting one heck of a core workout. You can also do slams, mason twists, and other core moves with the Tornado Ball. Having anywhere from a 5 to a 30 pound weight on the end of a rope and doing those types if movements will get you strong in a hurry. It can also increase injury so don’t overdue it. The key to reduce injury with the Tornado Ball is engage your core and limit other body movements in the process. This way your entire core has to compensate for your intense movements.
A Popular Tornado ball Workout Is As Follows:
30 seconds to 1 minute torso wall slams (like in the video)
30 seconds to 1 minute of over head slams (like you are chopping wood)
30 seconds to 1 minute sitting alternating slams (sitting on the floor with your feet straight our in front of you, slam the tornado ball on each side of your body).
Repeat this sequence up to three times.
I mentioned that Paul Chek created the Tornado ball earlier and that I have learned a lot from his work. Watch the video of Paul Chek to get a feel for him. Even in his 40′s he still has an 8 pack!
[You should get to know Paul Chek's work, it will enhance your health like no other]
I just wanted you all to see the Tornado ball in action. If you are indeed intense or extreme with bodyweight workouts or any other kind of workouts, the Tornado Ball might be right for you. It is not well known, but I am making a homemade one as I type this and can’t wait to put this thing to use. The Tornado Ball, a simple but highly intense product that blasts your entire core.

I’m seriously thinking about getting a tornado ball. I love all the stuff you can do with them… Also, I agree if you don’t know Paul Check’s stuff then you should get to know it. He’s one of the top few experts in the US in my opinion.
