Visual Impact Review

What Exactly is Visual Impact by Rusty Moore?

Visual Impact is a workout program designed to build lean muscle without gaining any body fat.  Visual Impact includes three 2 month schedules, and it even comes with a bonus.  Each schedule is designed to target the lean muscles in a different but effective way.  Visual Impact starts by focusing on building muscle mass, then targets on developing a dense, lean muscle look.  This is completely opposite of the traditional bodybuilding method in which you would add a lot of mass but lose the coveted ab muscle definition due to increased fat gain.

Who is Rusty Moore Creator of Visual Impact?

Rusty Moore runs a very popular fitness blog, Fitness Black Book.  His site is fully dedicated to the achieve the lean, “Hollywood look” that receives a over 250,000 page views per month (this is a lot).  He has 20 years of fitness experience that is both creative and highly effective.

What do I Enjoy About Visual Impact?

Visual Impact is the best lean muscle mass gaining program I have ever seen from an e-book standpoint.  A few years back I tried the traditional  bodybuilding tactics and ended up actually gaining muscle, but also gaining a little belly along with it.  Visual Impact addresses that the end goal is to build muscle mass while holding a lean muscular athletic body look all year.   This is possible by the 3 part strategy that Visual Impact utilizes.  Visual Impact has flexibility, you can begin on any part that aligns with your goals.  The program is flexible enough to suite any of your needs and wants.  Along with the workout program, Visual Impact also incorporates nutrition tips for all of the parts which includes, post workout nutrition guidelines, and addresses the optimal supplement you should take.   The bonus phase workout is based off of how  Taylor Lautner got in amazing lean ripped shape for New Moon.  Visual Impact also has a  227 page workout guide to demonstrate every exercise you will need to do.  All of the workouts are printer friendly as well, Rusty really did a great job with all of the pieces of Visual Impact.

What Did I Not Enjoy about Visual Impact?

I actually had to think hard about this.  I would say one thing that I may not enjoyed was getting my brain scrambled a bit.  Rusty’s information is basically contradictory to a lot of “reputable” information out there.  But after going through Visual Impact and seeing the results I received, I can’t say anything bad about it.  It may take some people a little bit to switch their current workout routines on building muscle.  That is the point with Visual Impact and I suggest you do so.

Does Visual Impact Actually Deliver?

Without question.  I gained good lean muscle through the program, and Rusty fully delivers with Visual Impact.  I had no problem with keeping my defined abs in place while gaining muscle, it was actually a relief.  I am not big on weightlifting as many of you know, I enjoy bodyweight workouts.  But when I do weight lifting, it is fully centered on the Visual Impact program.

Should You Invest In Visual Impact?

Visual Impact is a low cost, high reward product.  The amount you pay, which is under $50, and the results you will see if you follow Visual Impact more than worth it. If you are looking to increase lean muscle, keep and/or define your abs, and have an athletic body year round, then it is absolutely for you.

The Final Verdict

If you haven’t already caught on, I highly back and recommend this product.  It is well worth the low value and you will see some great results.  Rusty actually gives away some great free content in the videos he has on the site.  Click on the video below to hear from Rusty about Visual Impact.
